Well, I can confirm that downloading copyrighted music is illegal.
This is not "file sharing", which is illegal, people to share things that may be illegal if the data by copyright and software protection, etc.
It makes no difference which method or service or website that you use for the media.
So yeah could, your friend in need, but if you want my humble opinion, the chances are very slim and can be found in the changing world, while I doubt that the authorities do not consider the large number of people who hold shares can play media in this way for laws must be developed, would be to catch up soon!
